Judge Napolitano Gets Revenge After Fox Fires Him From Show: His Claim On Obama Just Proven
When Judge Andrew Napolitano of Fox News said on air that there were ties between Great Britain and Obama in terms of spying, it would have been easier finding a real Easter Bunny than it would’ve been to find those at the station who did not think that he had gone mad. The United Kingdom is our greatest ally, even more so than our two border mates, in some instances. For “America’s Judge,” the man not only popular with the people but even the White House in the age of retiring Justices, to say such a thing caused Fox to let him go.
The station then brought him back quite rapidly and all that was said by the Judge regarding the matter when asked was that he stood by his story. No one knows what swayed Fox or if anyone was ever shown the facts concerning the three sources that Napolitano had, but it is doubtful. Well, now his statements (posted beneath this article) have been proven accurate. The man who called Rice’s part in this scheme “espionage” has, according to CNN and Zero Hedge, been vindicated. It’s reported that the British AND OTHER nation’s within the E.U. intelligence gathering spy houses “intercepted communications” sent between Trump’s team and Russian officials. Some of the contact was between Russian officials and others (who are only listed as “Russian individuals“) during the campaign and the information WAS passed onto ” US counterparts, US congressional and law enforcement and US and European intelligence.”
These communications are said to have happened during “routine surveillance ” of officials from Russia (how it is “routine” to spy on anyone is not made clear and is worrisome in its absence). “Western intelligence” is said to have known these officials and “individuals” who were, in essence, being spied upon. The spooks, “including GCHQ, the British intelligence agency responsible for communications surveillance,” were not targeting Trump, it is said. The data is called “incidental collection,” CNN claims, which is basically a justification for them spying on Russians.
What is problematic isn’t why the U.K. felt that it was acceptable to spy on them, as that is between Putin and Britain. What is far worse is that England would be willing to help Obama cheat like this, knowing fully how fair play is vital to a free nations election, at least on paper. We are seeing “the hidden hand” ungloved and exposed in this finding. England, a “free nation” knowingly helped the leftist Democrats cheat a populist who was surging. While Trump is not thought to have done anything illegal with these communications (it is not against the law for Trump or anyone to talk to Russians unless something nefarious was happening and that has been debunked), it would be very interesting to know just what was said between the President and those Russians, just the same.
Since the information was said to have been “deleted” by England, nothing captured amounted to anything more than casual talk and standard daily conversations, but it was still passed onto the U.S. To be clear, while there was NOTHING illegal in the conversations had, the fact that Obama, Rice, or anyone else would be able to see that data in order to even make that assessment is a matter of international espionage; 110% as Napolitano declared. For this reason, he called Susan Rice a “serial liar” and feels that she should be thrown in the clink. Prison time is NOT unusual for federal offenses, and snooping on an incoming White House administration while digging for illegal activity without authorization is about as high on the list of crimes as one can go without hurting someone.
One could argue that this whole story is nothing more than a way to get the average man or woman in the West to embrace being spied on as “normal.” After all, if Trump can be a target and no one goes to jail, then it is “OK” to do it to us all, right? Even if Rice sees a cell, it is reported on the Gateway Pundit that “The US and Britain are part of the so-called “Five Eyes” agreement (along with Canada, Australia, and New Zealand), which calls for open sharing among member nations of a broad range of intelligence.” What this means is that no one reading these words are any more respected in their rights within free nation’s than those Russian “individuals” were. Welcome to the start of the police state that shreds the Fourth Amendment (or other nation’s versions of it) which we were told was only “conspiracy theory.”
As bombs fly in Syria, warships gather near the Middle East, China warms to U.S. concerns, and North Korea continues to be, well, North Korea, it remains to be seen how much attention this will get. It is hard to focus on Susan Rice or the former administration when nuclear mushroom clouds could be on the horizon line any second, but it needs to be fully looked into. America can not have this happening, something that those even on the far left would agree with. If the Democrats can do this to the GOP, then the opposite must also be true. Unless the progressives think that there are no Republicans who would ever do such a thing to them in 2020, the reason that they would agree with Rice’s prosecution is clear.
The #NeverTrump crowd will say that, sure, Rice and Obama broke the law by trying to find corruption (or ANYTHING) on Trump to stop him, but since he was “so evil like Hitler,” all means were for the greater good. This is the largest pile of rubbish ever uttered! Calling someone a “Hitler” who “must be stopped” will be the lie of everyone who wants to break the law, in that case. Trump is nothing at all like Hitler, and if he was, one would still need a warrant to prove it. Since there was no probable cause for that or anything else illegal, since Trump WAS honest, there was no cause, and no warrant could be obtained. So, they cheated. That, as America’s Judge said, is espionage and it can not be tolerated.
The Judge’s initial words on Fox were:
“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA. He didn’t use the CIA. He didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use Department of Justice. He used GCHQ. What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database. So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this“
